About Trillium

Trillium Steel was founded by Kyle and Eric, both of which are 20 year veterans of the construction industry. They installed their first steel building together in 2004 and have been working along side ever since. Kyle is a master of building design and Eric has installed hundreds of thousands of square feet of steel buildings. Together they have designed and built large, modern, steel frame homes and other steel structures. Rapidly rising housing prices has been the inspiration for their affordable home and garage kits. Trillium Steel kits are designed with sustainable building materials, low maintenance, and designed with you in mind. With our installation instructions and nearly every item being under 50lbs., the installation of our kits are a breeze and can be constructed by the home owner or professional.

The Trillium Advantage

Trillium Steel kits are sustainable, affordable and well designed for maximum efficiency both during the project, as well as in future energy consumption. Every one of our kits has been designed with the end user in mind. Once constructed, your project will be ready to be enjoyed for generations.

What Can We Offer?

Doors - All of our kits include all the doors! Whether they are, entry, patio or garage doors, they're included!
Glazing - All windows provided with the kits are dual pane, operable, white vinyl windows and meet or exceed current building code regulations!
Structure - Our kits are designed with sustainability, longevity, and low maintenance in mind. The pre-engineered structure and pre-engineered foundation system are designed to last! Instead of worrying about structural repairs, sit back, relax and enjoy your new purchase!
Accessories - We are continuing to expand our line of accessories for your steel home. Feel free to add an upgrade to your building in the "Accessories" tab.

Permit Drawings

At Trillium Steel, all of our Home kits come with complete architectural building permit drawings, heat loss calculations and mechanical design. Our Garage kits come with engineered drawings for the slab as well as the structure.

HVAC Design

Our standard HVAC design utilizes a convectional forced air system with a/c. In the accessories tab, you can upgrade your building to in-floor (hydronic) heating by selecting "HYDRONIC HEATING ROUGH-IN KITS" and choosing your model. This will automatically tell us you prefer an in-floor heating system with a ductless heat pump (mini split heat/ac) and conventional HRV system. These drawings are ready to submit to your local municipality.
