MIL/LEO/FR Discounts

We appreciate you. Our MIL/LEO/FR discount is equal to $.75 per square foot of living space on our home packages and $.25 per square foot per of shop/ garage space.

Our discount is available with appropriate ID. Once you submit the form, you will be asked to submit verification identification.

Normally sending us a picture of your badge or credentials will suffice:

• Sworn Law Enforcement Officers, including Federal, Provincial, & City also includes retired L.E.O.'s with "retired" credentials (LEO Department Picture ID front & back)
• EMT's, Fire Fighters, Volunteer Fire Fighters, and Paramedics (with Picture ID from department front & back) Certifications alone will not work.
• Military personnel, also includes retired Military with "retired" credentials 
• Educators with approved ID
